You will find the apartment is well stocked with essential items. Bedlinen and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own pool / beach towels. Electricity is included up to a max of 30 units per day from October to June and 300 units per week from July to September. Up to 3 tons per week of water is included from Oct to Jun and 4 tons per week from Jul to Sep. (See Check out notes for further details).
The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and enough fresh bed linen and bath towels will be left for the duration of your stay. We have found that most guests prefer not to have a cleaner interrupting their holiday. However, if you would like to book a midstay clean or change of bed linen, then this must be requested in advance and would be at extra cost.
Arrival and departure:
You can check in anytime after 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please check out by midday at the latest on departure day (or by special arrangement if your flight arrives early or departs late). Directions to the property, and details of where to pick up the keys will normally be sent to you 14 days before your arrival. Our Property Manager will contact you soon after you arrive and will be your point of contact during your stay, should you require assistance.
30 units per day of electricity from October to June and 300 units per week from July to September (or pro rata for shorter stays), are included in your rental fee. If air conditioning units are used sensibly, this should be enough for a comfortable holiday. Excess usage will be charged @ 0.67 TL per unit. Water is included up to 3 tons per week (Oct to Jun) and 4 tons per week (Jul to Sep). Excess usage will be charged @ 13 tl per ton. Meter readings will be taken at the start/finish of your stay. Our Property Manager will show you where the meters are, in case you want to monitor these. We will also charge for any additional guests (over and above the number stated on your original booking request). Our management team may apply extra charges for dealing with out-of-hours calls, excessive cleaning after you leave, failure to dispose of rubbish on departure , or other services not included in these standard Booking Terms. We will notify you after your holiday if any charges have been applied, and these may be deducted from your deposit refund.
We can provide a welcome pack for your arrival, which costs £20 and includes basics, such as tea, coffee, bread, milk, eggs, cheese, water, juice, butter, sugar and a bottle of wine. To order, please email email@example.com and add £20 to the rental fee.

Please do not attempt to hire a car on the South side of the island and drive it over the border into the North, or vice versa. Whilst they may tell you that it is fine to do this, you could risk being turned away at the border if you are unable to purchase the required supplementary insurance (the office is not always open) or find that help is not readily available, should you be unlucky enough to break down or have an accident on the other side.
Carrington and rental property owners will not accept liability for any accident, loss or damage incurred by guests. Please be aware of swimming pool safety at all times, especially with young children. We recommend you take out independent travel insurance arrangements to cover your holiday.
