Arrival and Departure

Directions to the property and instructions for key collection will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your arrival. Our Host and Customer Service will contact you via WhatsApp and remain your point of contact during your stay should you require assistance. Upon departure, kindly ensure all utilities are switched off, windows and doors are closed, and return the key to its original location.

Check-in Check-out

Check-in time is 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be confirmed in advance and will incur additional charges.

Rental Inclusions

The property will be stocked with essential items and thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, including fresh bed linen and bath towels. Please remember to bring your own towels for the pool and beach. The rental fee covers internet, electricity (200-300 kw/week), and water (4-6 tonnes/week) consumption within the property.

Electricity

The rental fee includes an allowance of:

●     Apartments: 200 kw per week

●     Villas / Bungalows: 300 kw per week Excess usage will be charged at 6 TL per kw.

Water

The rental fee includes an allowance of:

●     Apartments: up to 4 tonnes per week

●     Villas / Bungalows: up to 6 tonnes per week Excess usage will be charged at 20 TL per tonne.

Cleaning and Laundry

Pre-arrival, exit cleaning, and laundry are included. Mid-stay cleaning and laundry services are available upon request and will be charged extra.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for extra guests, out-of-hours calls, excessive cleaning, failure to dispose of rubbish, or other services not included in the standard Booking Terms. Charges will be communicated after your stay and may be deducted from your Refundable Security Deposit.

Additional Services

We offer welcome packs for your convenience, as well as additional services such as extra beds, baby cots, and baby chairs. These can be added during the booking process under "Add Extra."

Airport Transfers & Car Hire

Airport transfers and car hire services are available. Please contact us to make arrangements. Airport transfer bookings can be made online through our dedicated webpage accessible via the "Airport Transfer" option on our main menu.

Important Information

Please note that this rental property is located on the North side of Cyprus. Taxis can easily cross the border between the North and South. However, there are insurance restrictions when driving a hire car across the border, so it's advisable to take a taxi from the airport and arrange for a hire car to be delivered to the property.

Liability

Carrington Group and the property owners do not accept liability for any accidents, losses, or damages incurred by guests. We recommend obtaining independent travel insurance to cover your holiday booking, especially regarding swimming pool safety and other potential risks.
