How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Please include your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation. We will process your request and confirm the cancellation within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
Modifications to Bookings
If you need to modify your booking dates or other details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Modifications may be subject to price differences based on the new dates selected.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive at the property without prior notice (no-show), no refund will be provided. The full booking amount will be charged. We recommend contacting us if you are delayed or need to adjust your arrival time.
Force Majeure
In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or war), we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rebooking for alternative dates or a full refund.
Cancellation by Carrington Holiday Homes
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund or alternative accommodation of equal or higher value. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to minimize any inconvenience.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. This will protect you against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
