1. Introduction

Welcome to Carrington Holiday Homes. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and booking services. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Booking and Reservations

When you make a booking through our website:

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation
• The person making the booking must be part of the travelling party
• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms for holiday rentals:

• A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival
• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required
• We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP)

4. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 15:00 (3:00 PM) and check-out time is by 10:00 (10:00 AM). Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

5. Property Rules

Guests are expected to:

• Treat the property with respect and care
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing
• No smoking inside the properties
• No parties or events unless previously agreed in writing
• Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly properties with prior approval
• Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required for certain properties. This will be collected prior to arrival or upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, subject to inspection of the property. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be deducted from the deposit.

7. Liability

Carrington Holiday Homes shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from your stay unless caused by our negligence. Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover personal belongings, trip cancellation, and medical emergencies.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Cyprus.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
